When will my payment be taken?

Your first payment is taken securely during sign-up and is processed as an instant bank transfer, so funds will typically leave your account promptly. For ongoing renewal payments collected by Direct Debit, there is a short processing window of a few working days before funds leave your account. You’ll receive a notification confirming when your Direct Debit has been successfully set up and when payments are due to be collected.
